Exchange & Cancellation Policy
1. Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange-only service. If you wish to exchange a product, please note the following conditions:
Timeframe: Exchanges are permitted within 72 hours from the exact time of delivery.
Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to Exchange:
In-Store: Visit our nearest branch to exchange your item directly.
Online: Contact us via WhatsApp or phone at 0795222614 to arrange an online exchange.
Promotional Items: Any items or gifts received for free with the purchase must also be returned in their original state.
2. No Refund Policy
Please be advised that we do not offer cash refunds. Our policy is strictly limited to the exchange of products within the specified period and conditions mentioned above.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for products in the following categories: Lingerie and Swimwear.
Perfumes, Health & Beauty products (Skin care, Makeup, Cosmetics).
Any customised products prepared specifically at your request.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If we supply the wrong product or a damaged item, we will provide a replacement of equal value. You must report the issue immediately upon receipt and return the item in its original delivered form.
5. Online Order Cancellation
To cancel an order before it is processed, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 0795222614.
Timing: Cancellation must occur within two hours of placing the order (during official working hours).
