You can return your order for a refund within 7 days of the invoice date.
This return process requires two basic conditions to be met:
Returning the product to the store in the same condition in which it was delivered and in its original packaging
Bring the invoice for the product.
Purchases purchased through our website will only be returned through our stores
Any items whatsoever that were given with the products purchased free of charge must also be returned
You must handle carefully any products you wish to return, and in addition to not using them, they must be preserved in their original form.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products while they are in your possession and in this case we can refuse your request for return or exchange in accordance with the standards of the global retail industry.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that fall into the following categories: lingerie, swimwear, lingerie, perfumes, health and beauty products (such as skin care products, makeup, cosmetics or any other products prepared at your request.
In the event that we supply wrong products that do not match your order, are damaged or incorrect, we will offer you an alternative product or we will refund you the full amount in the possible and appropriate way, including the delivery fee paid as a service to the purchase (if any) and in all cases you must return the wrong or damaged products or incorrect to us as soon as possible in the same original form.
